Summary: The earthquake in Sumatra has taken the world by shock. The people who live there have our sympathy, and our prayers. The way this article is written it seems as no life form is well enough to try and get to a phone. Seeing that technology is such a huge part of life the world is waiting for a call or even an e-mail to find out how may have died. Due to the fact that roads are closed to enter Sumatra, health officials and safety crews have been unsuccessful to go in and help.
